Lynx Program Associate Educator - Raccoons Room, ECE

Hi there, my name is Savannah! I started at the School House in the fall of 2019, I’ve worked as an ECE for going on 8 years now, not including the year off I just had for maternity leave! My sweet Ella will be alongside me in the Lynx side, and I will say having a year off and watching her grow and flourish has sparked new excitement and deepened my passion for my career! We moved to Nelson from Vancouver Island almost three years ago now, and while we deeply miss the ocean, the mountains have become just as treasured to us! I’m excited to return to the school house team and get back at it! As an educator I really appreciate the art of exploration and celebrating children for their uniqueness and all they bring to the classroom! I can’t wait to work with your little people!
